Despite the circumstances, this winter in Homeland will be unforgettable!
We offer Homeland quality for your home in a special "Winter in Homeland" bag. For € 95 you can get a fully catered 5-course menu for two people from us, consisting of
- home roasted nuts and olives,
- homemade Frisian smoked sausage (from our chef Jerrey), or half an artichoke with nut vinaigrette,
- 2 cans 'scheepsbok' from our own brewery,
- Homeland beach crab soup or for the vegetarians our winter celeriac soup,
- 1/2 bottle of white wine, Cabernet blanc, South Veluwe vineyard (The Cabernet Blanc grape is related to the Cabernet Sauvignon.),
- lamb shank, sous vide prepared with garnish or vegetarian beetroot en croute,
- 1/2 bottle of red wine, Cabernet Cortis, South Veluwe vineyard
- farmer's cheese from Kef
- as dessert opera gateau, consisting of almond bisquit, coffee cream and chocolate ganache, made by our patissier Ian
We also deliver this 5-course menu to your home on a handy tray around Christmas. Let us know by email, by phone, or directly our shop if we can reserve a bag or a tray for you. Between Christmas and New Year's Eve we can also deliver it to your home on a festive platter. For home delivery we ask you to pay in cash.
